Week One is History!

  Hello Everyone! What a week this first week has been! I definitely had noticed that I needed to brush up on my social studies skills! There is a lot of important details in every aspect of history that you do not want to miss otherwise you would be giving false information. I think be reading and picking up some of those important details can really sharpen my skills!

First things first let's chat about why I named my blog what it is. When trying to name my blog I wanted something creative, fun, and catchy. I was trying to come up with something with the name social studies but nothing was rolling off the tongue. So I had decided to maybe look outside the box and see what words fall underneath the realm of social studies. I thought of words like globes, ancient, country, artifacts, and nothing. A lightbulb went off and the word history came to mind. I then thought of how we are living in the present and we are making history as the days go by. I then thought this was the perfect name for a blog: History In The Making! I can't wait to update you on the current events that are going on in our world along with what I am learning about in class!
